Coming Up – “Get Your Healthy Weight”
We are a jolly wee group of 8-12 people who work towards a healthy bodyweight that is sustainable and part of a happy, active life-style.
The weekly sessions, which run from the 1st Feb to the 15th March (except for school hols), will be very practical, very much putting you in the centre through discussions, home work, lectures and personal advice.
Thursdays, 7-8pm at the Gaelic college, downstairs room. We start on the 8th of February.
The fee, to be paid in advance, is £70 per person for a complete package and includes:
- Six 1 hour sessions in the Gaelic College
- A Personal File
- Handouts with Information and Advice
- Teas and Coffees
