What do you have to do for it?

When you get in touch with me, we first will sit down together and find out about your current situation, your goals and about the way you would like me to help you: this can be anything from setting up sample menu’s and work-out plans to meeting one or more times a week for a tailored work-out and discussing your meals from day to day.

You don’t want to do that on your own? That’s fine: bring a friend, neighbour, family members etc. We can work out in small groups and every one gets as much advice as he or she wishes to get.
